KOE WETZEL
Surrounded by flames, amps cranked all the way up, Koe Wetzel leaves a trail of sold-out venues, screaming fans, and empty booze bottles in his wake wherever he goes. Proudly hailing from Northeast Texas, he has quietly asserted himself as the ultimate country rock star, bulldozing the boundaries between Nashville songcraft, rowdy Texas spirit, and rainswept Seattle hard rock. After moving 1 million units under the radar and popping off as one of the hottest live performers in the game, he welcomes everyone to the party performing hits from, Hell Paso.

Never compromising, Koe might just be the last real rebel out there. The Gold-selling singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer shakes up the status quo, shatters expectations, and sticks to his guns with a sound steeped in country storytelling, yet spiked with grunge grit. He’s unapologetic, undeniable, and unlike anyone else you’ve ever heard. Without anything to prove and nothing to lose, he continues to kick ass on his own terms.

All hikes require shoes that protect your feet–sandals or shoes that do not cover your feet are not allowed. SUMMER CONCERT: RICK SPRINGFIELD
When you hear the name Rick Springfield, you probably think about “Jessie’s Girl.” In 1981, the song brought the Australian singer to international fame and is now remembered as one of the biggest hits of the decade. Springfield went on to have more success throughout the early ’80s with songs including “I’ve Done Everything for You” and “Don’t Talk to Strangers.” And at the same time that his music career was taking off, Springfield also became a successful actor, which is how you’re more likely to have come across him in recent years.

Springfield took some time off from releasing new albums throughout the ’90s but has been releasing music regularly since his 1999 album, Karma. His latest album is the self-titled The Red Locusts with the band of the same name. Bring a camping style chair, not a beach chair. Higher back chairs block the views of people behind you, so please bring chairs that do not go above your shoulders. For questions about chairs, please see our FAQ Section on CRgov.com/Concerts
