July Retailer Steals, Deals and Discounts
Everybody knows Black Friday – the day after Thanksgiving in November – is a great time to buy LOTS of things you need for your home. And in recent years, both online and brick and mortar retailers have designated July, especially the 15th, as a mid-year doorbuster sales time of year. You don’t have to wait till November to score some great bargains, not when “Christmas in July” helps you save on everything from electronics and bedding to furniture and home décor. Here are the steals and deals not to be missed this month.
Amazon Prime Day
Less than two weeks away, Amazon Prime Day (or days!) lands on July 15 and 16. This massive 48-hour sale is a good time to buy those items you’ve been hoping to get or give – like an Echo or Google Home, smartphone or high tech TVs. Prime Day will kick off on midnight, July 15 and is the longest Prime Day ever. You do need to be an Amazon Prime Member to get access to the best deals – which will likely be on Amazon devices, smart watches and 4K TVs, according to Digital Trends.
And while the official kick-off is July 15, there are a few markdowns being launched in advance for preorder – toys, electronics, DVD sets and more. Not to be outdone, both Walmart and Best Buy will have discounts on Prime Day 2019. So plan now to take advantage of price reductions!
