An epic romantic drama that speaks of the yearning nature of love, The Bridges of Madison County comes alive on stage in this Tony Award-winning production. The play is set in 1965 on a lonely farm in Iowa, where Francesca Johnson, a beautiful Italian woman, lives with her husband and children.

SWIM EVALUATION & INFORMATION SESSION

DENVER CONCERT BAND PERFORMS ORIGINAL WORK
Everyone looks forward to the performances of this hugely talented community concert band, but this year the Denver Concert Band is offering something even more special than usual! This concert will feature a newly-commissioned piece written by guest composer, Robert W. Smith, specifically for the DCB.
Smith will also conduct as the band performs the premiere of his work, Songs of Storms, a wide-ranging piece that moves from gentle rain showers to tumultuous tempests. Also on the program is the well-known A Night on Bald Mountain by Mussorgsky. It will be a stormy and glorious evening with the DCB and guest conductor, Robert W. Smith!
