BAKING CHALLENGE

FAMILY WINTER WONDERLAND
You get a chance to relax and sample craft brews at the outdoor Farm House Beer Garden while kids will have a blast tubing down the nearby hill!
Breckenridge Brewery’s Winter Wonderland offers great food as well, so make a day of it! You get five free tickets for the tubing hill when you access the Beer Garden, and you can buy additional tickets for just a buck!

SNOWSHOE SESSION
It’s a great excuse for an out-of-town day trip—and well worth the drive! This FREE Snowshoe Session will not only introduce you to how to master this fun winter sport but the park also has six sets of snowshoes to lend out on a first come, first served basis!
Call to reserve a pair and your spot for this session! Naturalists Joe and Felicia will help you put them on and can answer your questions about purchasing. Dress warmly and wear waterproof winter boots. You can even stay and join the beginner’s snowshoe hike, if you like!

SNOWSHOE HIKE & SLED
This day trip to Mueller State Park, a half hour from Colorado Springs, is the perfect destination if you just got some snowshoes for Christmas! The resident naturalists will teach you how to get started snowshoeing and guide you on a great beginning hike. Bring water and a snack, as well as your snowshoes. If you still have energy after the hike, Mueller is a great place to sled!
